Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the purchase of physical products,
within 14 days of delivery.

Digital content and digital services (ebooks, video courses, digital recipes,
subscriptions, and any other downloadable material or material accessible online)
are excluded from the right of withdrawal once access has begun, pursuant to
Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal for a physical product, simply send a
communication containing an unequivocal statement to:
